Before you book your first consult, here are the answers to the questions we hear most.

What does “starting at” mean on the plan prices?
 
The starting price reflects the base rate for each plan tier. Final pricing is confirmed during your free consultation based on your specific practice, transaction volume, and needs. There are never any surprise charges — your price is locked in before we begin.
How does quarterly billing work?
 
All plans are billed three months in advance. Annual billing is also available, and clients who pay annually save 10% on the monthly rate. We’ll walk you through both options during your consult.
What if I exceed my transaction limit?
 
We’ll let you know before it becomes an issue. If your practice consistently exceeds your plan’s limit, we’ll recommend upgrading to the next tier — no surprise charges, no penalty fees.
Is the one-time setup fee required?
 
Yes — the $299 setup fee applies to all plans. It covers your chart of accounts review, a QuickBooks audit, and your initial onboarding call. It ensures your books are set up correctly from day one.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
 
Absolutely. As your practice grows, your plan can grow with it. Upgrades take effect at the start of the next billing quarter. Downgrades are available too — we’ll always make sure you’re on the right plan for your needs.
Is there a long-term contract?
 
No long-term contracts. Plans are billed quarterly and you can cancel before the next billing cycle. We’d rather earn your loyalty than lock you in.
